Liquid chemical additive for warm mix asphalt (WMA), based on a mixture of amino derivatives. Added to the bitumen in fractions of a percent, it lowers the production, laying and compaction temperatures of asphalt concrete (production at about 130-150 °C, laying at 100-120 °C), and its amine chemistry also gives a significant anti-stripping contribution.

Application: Dosed directly into the bitumen weighing system with a metering pump, generally 0.2-0.5% by weight of bitumen. Besides warm mixes, it is used for hot production at low ambient temperatures (even below 5 °C) and for mixes transported over long distances.
